Additional benefits if the customer dies due to an accident up to the age of 65 years
The benefit of being free of periodic basic premiums if the Insured suffers permanent / total disability or suffers from one of 49 critical illnesses
Investment value that can be taken if the customer resigns during the insurance period

Photocopy of identity (KTP / SIM / Passport attaching KITAP / KITAS / KIM if foreigners) of a valid Policy Holder
Original Power of Attorney from Policy Holder which is sufficiently stamped (if authorized)
The original policy and changes (addendum) to the last policy
Death Claim Form that has been filled in correctly and completely by the Policy Holder / the Terrorist
Photocopy of identity (KTP / SIM / Passport attaching KITAP / KITAS / KIM if foreign citizens) of the Insured, Policy Holder, Termaslahat and those who apply
Photocopy of the family card of the Insured, Policyholder and Termaslahat
If the Termaslahat is more than one person, then they must attach the original Power of Attorney for all Termaslahat authorized to one of the Termaslahat and have sufficient duty stamp
Original / legalized original death certificate from the competent authority
Certificate of visum et repertum or original autopsy certificate if needed from a legal and authorized Doctor
Original certificate from the police if the insured dies due to an accident
Original death certificate from the local Indonesian Consulate General, if the Insured dies abroad
Claim form for periodic basic premium-free insurance benefits that have been filled in correctly and completely
Photocopy of the original Policy and its latest changes (policy addendum)
Certificate and diagnosis of Total Permanent Disability / Critical Illness from the treating Doctor
The Insured's medical resume if requested by BRI Life
Photocopy of identity card (KTP / SIM / Passport attached with KITAP / KITAS / KIM if foreigners) of a valid Policy / Termaslahat Holder
Police Certificate (Minutes) (original) caused by matters involving the police
Other documents that BRI Life deems necessary
Application form for withdrawing all Investment Value that has been filled in correctly and completely by the Policy Holder
Original Power of Attorney from Policy Holder which is sufficiently stamped (if authorized)
The original policy and changes (addendum) to the last policy
Photocopy of the Policyholder's passbook
