1. Minimum bachelor's degree from reputable university
2. Having strong analytical thinking (preparation of company performance - Report And the condition of the life insurance industry)
3. Have ability with data (Quantity/Quality), Oriented High Initiative
4. Ability to use Ms. Office
5. Excellent communication in English both active and passive
