Minimum entry age of 21 years and maximum 70 years for Policy Holders; Minimum entry age is 18 years and maximum 55 years for the Insured.
Premiums start from IDR 90,000 per month and will adjust based on age during the renewal period.
Monthly or Annual premium payment method; for annual payments, paid is 10 x Monthly premium.

Non-accidental death benefit is 100% of the Sum Insured.
The death benefit due to an accident is 200% of the Sum Insured.
The death benefit due to an accident while using public transportation is 300% of the Sum Assured.
The benefit of having a critical illness is 100% of the First Year Sum Insured.
The total and partial permanent disability benefit due to an accident is a maximum of 100% of the First Year Sum Insured.
Premium refund of 25% if no claim is paid.
