Contribution-Free Additional Insurance Benefit (Rider) (Applicable T&K)

If the participant resigns during the Insurance period, the participant will receive Cash Value
Using the Tabarru Akad and Tijarah Wakalah bil Ujroh
Minimum agreement period of 5 years
The maximum agreement period is 63 years
Participants aged 17 to 60 years
Contributions can be paid at the same time / single
Contributions can be paid regularly (Annual, Semester, Quarterly and Monthly)
Photo copy of the original policy and its changes (addendum to the policy)
Death Claim Form that has been filled in correctly and completely by the Beneficiary
Cover letter from the policy holder regarding the death of the insured
Original Death Certificate from the authorities (Doctor / Police)
Death Certificate from the authorized agency (Government)
Photocopy of the Visum Et Repertum in the event that the Insured dies in an unreasonable condition (for example, murder)
Photocopy of Certificate from the local Embassy in the event of death abroad
Power of Attorney for Beneficiaries, if there are more than one Beneficiary
Original Certificate of the Insured concerned and copy of Identity Card (KTP)
Copy of proof of premium payment
Other documents, which the Insurer deems necessary
